Jessica Denison
I love design. Maybe that sounds cliche and like what you expect from a designer’s portfolio. But I do. I love the humanity of design, the way it allows us to interpret the world in all it’s beauty and even in it’s pain. I love the way that it allows us to solve deep human needs and the way it bridges the gap in communication across cultures
and languages and brings people together. I love the way it makes people smile, feel, achieve and believe.
And I hope I can bring at least a little bit of that love and appreciation to every project I’m able to be a part of.
A little about me as a designer: I value strong collaboration, research, data, and innovative problem solving. I have
a strong background working within a design language system and within technical constraints. But I love pushing the boundaries and looking for even better and more beautiful solutions. I believe strongly in user-centered design and always building with accessibility in mind, because the products we create should be great experiences
for everyone.
A little about me as a person: When I’m not entrenched in design, I love being outdoors and around people, connecting with nature and hearing people’s stories, curating moments and experiences that include lots
of adventure, food, coffee, and friends. I’m always up for a spontaneous roadtrip or booking a last minute flight.
Fun Fact: I was born and raised in Aguascalientes, Mexico. I’m fluent in spanish and my love language is tacos.
